This soap mixture can be used on skin, equipment, or even pet fur to wash away the oil, urishol, that can cause rashes. Best results if used within first 8 hours or ASAP if possible. Even if rashes have formed use this to wash away any oil left over that may have not been absorbed by your skin to prevent further spread.
